Mr. Shafron has been retained as a broker- standard-of-care expert, and has had real estate cases referred to him by retired lawyers and judges. From 1975 through 1981, he served as in-house counsel to Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage Co., then a subsidiary of Coldwell Banker & Co. Mr. Shafron is the lead trial and transaction attorney of the firm,. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, the highest ranking of this nationally known directory of lawyers.
